Francie has always shown interest in us as people, from when we first moved to Ruakaka. She has always kept us abreast of market trends in our area, and we selected Francie because of the interest she had shown over many years. Honestly, Francie had her hands full trying to sell our house in the present day market. We did have to drop our price when the market prices dropped, but she did her best for us and we are grateful to her for coming nearly every weekend and having an open home here, sometimes when no one even came to look. We chose her as she had just sold a house around the corner for my daughter and got a fantastic price for her house.
