Regarding our agent, with purchasing our new beach property at Ruakaka, France Stokes made it very seemless and easy to do. a very patient lady, as we were not sure at what to do next, so all the way advised us our next steps to take with ease as buyers, with still very much in a professional manner as to still be loyal to the property owners. Felt that this wont be the last time we will see Francie with our future in this lovely wee hub of Ruakaka.

Francie has always shown interest in us as people, from when we first moved to Ruakaka. She has always kept us abreast of market trends in our area, and we selected Francie because of the interest she had shown over many years. Honestly, Francie had her hands full trying to sell our house in the present day market. We did have to drop our price when the market prices dropped, but she did her best for us and we are grateful to her for coming nearly every weekend and having an open home here, sometimes when no one even came to look.
