We first met Fran when attending an open home Fran was marketing. We were so impressed with how at ease Fran made us feel while viewing that property and his professional manner and knowledge of the local area that we had no doubt inviting Fran to market our home to sell. Not long after this, the market took a downward turn and what we initially thought would be a quick and painless process now needed a bit more effort. Fran guided us through the process and didn't leave any stones unturned. We ended up selling our home and everything went to plan. I have no doubt about recommending Fran as an ideal real estate salesperson. Fran was incredibly patient with us, was thorough and a gentleman to work with. If I didn't love my new home as much as I do, I would use Fran again tomorrow.

Fran did a wonderful job for us in selling our property under difficult circumstances. Under Covid lockdown and road closures on two weekends Fran still managed to bring viewers to our property on most days until the auction when an excellent price was reached.
