The likely purchaser was identified and how the house was to be presented and marketed was clearly stated from the beginning and although there was a major problem discovered at the property inspection stage it was dealt with and a new plan put in place. This change resulted in a different marketing process which achieved a shorter timeframe before we received several offers. It achieved a great result and the settlement date was significantly shorter than experienced in the past. I found Fiona extremely easy to deal with, any issues were discussed and resolved quickly, and the entire sales process was less stressful then previously experienced.
