Mixed experience due to complicating factors

We found the agent communicative and easy to get hold of when needed and understand they went above what is probably normal to communicate with their clients. We unfortunately had a situation where the vendors made the process more complicated than necessary and the agent did attempt to help us with this. However, at times we felt there was pressure to make decisions we weren’t yet comfortable with. We were also surprised when the vendors were present at the pre settlement inspection which made making any objective comments or feedback quite awkward. A heads up they they would be present would have been appreciated. We also found ourselves chasing for updates on actions required by the vendors which just added to our mixed experience. Overall we understand the agent was dealing with an unusual situation, but in the end felt it could have gone better.
