Despite being in a stagnant realestate cycle Fiona and her team were able to sell our home within 16 days, with 5 offers presented to us. Not only did we get the price we wanted, they also managed to get us a late settlement which was important to us because of our circumstances. It was a long and tiring 3 months to sell our house, but Fiona Li and Will Yang from Team Fiona remained optimistic that our house would sell. Upon our conditional offer being accepted on a new property in June, we listed our home for sale. We thought it was going to be a quick process based on the appraisal and market statistics. But, we were wrong. Soon after, the market slowed down and interest rates kept going up.
