Fe certainly has her finger on the pulse. I can’t speak highly enough of her. She sold my parents house in record time without advertising it or having any open homes As to my own home - Fe highly recommended I go to auction which I have to admit I wasn’t keen on. I followed her recommendation and I am so pleased I did. I received a pre auction offer that I accepted and then the auction was brought forward. At auction there was some competitive bidding and Fe achieved a result for me that was outstanding- all done in a week.
