When we talked again a few days later he was honest about the sellers thoughts and even added more photos for me online. There was never any pushy behavior just some great suggestions. Once the auction was bought forward with less than 36 business hours to auction he was on the phone to me straight away so I could get the preapproval. Being an out of town buyer, Feleki and Peter were very helpful in obtaining answers to numerous questions for what was not a conventional property acquisition. Both provided excellent service and contacts for building inspection, repair work, property manager etc. Most importantly I felt I could trust them and even though they were paid by the seller, it felt they were working for me as the buyer.
