I initially reached out to Feleki regarding another property of his. And like all good real-estate agents he got back to me really quick. Properties were never are hard sell, he had the facts and presented them fairly and was realistic about his sellers thoughts. A couple days after the first sale he called me about another that was going to go to market and I should come have a look on Saturday. When we talked again a few days later he was honest about the sellers thoughts and even added more photos for me online. There was never any pushy behavior just some great suggestions. Once the auction was bought forward with less than 36 business hours to auction he was on the phone to me straight away so I could get the preapproval. Knowing it was my first auction he offered his help and wisdom. I felt very comfortable and not at all pressured. and look now I have a place! I honestly dont think if it were for feleki's down to earth sales skills I probably would'nt have found something so early into my search.

Being an out of town buyer, Feleki and Peter were very helpful in obtaining answers to numerous questions for what was not a conventional property acquisition. Both provided excellent service and contacts for building inspection, repair work, property manager etc. Most importantly I felt I could trust them and even though they were paid by the seller, it felt they were working for me as the buyer. When I came to inspect the property, I was met at the property and given a walk through as expected, but being from out of town I was given a ride to the airport, which was much appreciated. Feleke and Peter are a great team, genuine people to deal with and very helpful.
