I initially reached out to Feleki regarding another property of his. And like all good real-estate agents he got back to me really quick. Properties were never are hard sell, he had the facts and presented them fairly and was realistic about his sellers thoughts. A couple days after the first sale he called me about another that was going to go to market and I should come have a look on Saturday. When we talked again a few days later he was honest about the sellers thoughts and even added more photos for me online. There was never any pushy behavior just some great suggestions. Once the auction was bought forward with less than 36 business hours to auction he was on the phone to me straight away so I could get the preapproval. Knowing it was my first auction he offered his help and wisdom. I felt very comfortable and not at all pressured. and look now I have a place!
