Evan is very professional, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Very respectful through out the deal. I found that he always gives you the correct information as it is, and is very straight forward. An agent with integrity and builds good relationships with his clients.
I had an excellent experience working with Evan as my real estate agent. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism and dedication. His communication was prompt and clear, and he was always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. Overall, Evan made the home-buying process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable agent.
Evan’s insight into the current market and personal guidance through the sales process helped me set realistic expectations and achieve a positive outcome.
Evan has gone above and beyond for us from the moment we met him - he went back and forth between different options with us so that we could be sure we were happy with the property that we chose. He is an excellent communicator, never difficult to get a hold of, and always willing to help with any questions we had. He recommended a wonderful lawyer for us and despite not having direct oversight over all facets of the home-buying process, he has done a fantastic job helping us to understand the ins and outs. We would recommend Evan as an agent for any home buyer, as he has made our experience far less daunting than we thought it would be.
Evan Davies and Allan Preece have gone well above what most Real Estate agents would do. They helped obtain and got a CCC from the Council and obtained other advise which played a great part in obtaining this. They have kept us well informed of all aspects of selling our home and made recommendations on hour to improve the house. They sort the market value and information about the history of the area where the house was situated. Nothing was two much trouble for them.
Evan Davies has been a legend when it came to putting our property on the market! He was always courteous, proactive & 100% committed to listening to us & working to get the best result for us. He worked patiently with the tenants and other parties involved. We highly recommend him as a real estate agent! He is friendly & puts one at ease immediately and works beyond the call of duty! You are in safe hands if you get Evan involved in buying or selling your property! Thank you heaps, Evan! Peter & Rachel Emmanuel
