We don't normally write reviews if we're not happy but we come through this process really dissapointed in the 2 agents that we had. There was very little communication towards the end and nothing after the property was sold. We picked our agent as he seemed like a really awesome guy to work with and turned out we had radio silence in the end. Not sure if we'd use Barfoot again if we're honest.

Evan is very professional, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Very respectful through out the deal. I found that he always gives you the correct information as it is, and is very straight forward. An agent with integrity and builds good relationships with his clients.

Evan Davies and Allan Preece have gone well above what most Real Estate agents would do. They helped obtain and got a CCC from the Council and obtained other advise which played a great part in obtaining this. They have kept us well informed of all aspects of selling our home and made recommendations on hour to improve the house. They sort the market value and information about the history of the area where the house was situated. Nothing was two much trouble for them.
