Even after the sale, when a small issue came up with a lock, he continued to help me resolve it - despite it being outside of his actual scope of responsibility. That really showed me the kind of person he is. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted and that I was happy. He was professional, approachable, supportive and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Evan discussed and tried different ways of selling and advertising my unit which I really appreciated. I wish we hadn't gone to Auction as 2 weeks is not enough time to get any buyers for this, however the open homes were successful as the right person did purchase my home and I was pleased this did not go to developers like so many old places do these days. Evan kept me updated and also recommended a lawyer to me as I did not have one. I am happy with the price I got and I would be happy to recommend Evan to anyone I know who wants to sell their place.

Evan made this sale less stressful for me. His knowledge of the current market around the area was so important. His honesty on what price range I should expect around the same area was very helpful. After lots of discussion on price we came up with a very good range which Evan negotiated very well for me. His communication between my lawyer, myself and open home viewers was top notch. We don't normally write reviews if we're not happy but we come through this process really dissapointed in the 2 agents that we had. There was very little communication towards the end and nothing after the property was sold. We picked our agent as he seemed like a really awesome guy to work with and turned out we had radio silence in the end. Not sure if we'd use Barfoot again if we're honest.
