Honest and helpful

We first spoke with Eugene about selling our house in 2023, Eugene was very straight forward to deal with, communicated clearly and didn't try a hard sell when the timing wasn't right for us. Fast forward to 2026, we were ready to buy. With very few homes that suited us in the area we wanted, Eugene found the perfect house which we were able to purchase off-market. In a declining and difficult market, Eugene then managed to sell our house at auction for above CV. Throughout the sale process ,Eugene provided clear reports and communication on the marketing, and then what we could expect at auction. Eugene was proactive and responsive, so throughout the whole process there wasn't a time when we needed to chase him.
