I recently sold my property at Northpark through Ethan Wu from Harcourts, Howick. I am thoroughly impressed with the process. Ethan demonstrated exceptional market knowledge, providing valuable insight that guided us to make well-informed decisions. His communication skills were outstanding, he kept us updated every step of the way, addressing any questions promptly and clearly. Ethan’s professionalism stood out throughout the entire process; he was diligent, respectful and focused on achieving the best outcome. We highly recommend Ethan Wu to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate agent.

This was the first time that we sold a property and Ethan and Joy were fantastic throughout the process. Right from the start we felt comfortable dealing with them rather than feeling like we were talking to a salesperson. We were really impressed with the the level of dedication and time spent with us to get our home ready for sale. They really went above and beyond what we expected and we could really see the experience Ethan & Joy had in this space. We appreciate the hard work they did in getting the sale across the line as well and now are looking forward to them helping us find our new home :) We would highly recommend using Ethan and Joy for anyone looking to buy and/or sell property.

Thank you to the Ethan sales team. They are enthusiastic and energetic, patiently and professionally helping us solve our sales issues, helping us to sell our house at the fastest speed and the best price. They are definitely the best real estate agents in East Auckland!

Very good and nice, can speak chinese and Cantonese, easy to communicate

Ethan was very professional and the whole transaction went smoothly. They had a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and answered all our questions patiently and meticulously. At every step, they provided us with clear guidance and reduced a lot of trouble. Their service attitude is very good and they are really trustworthy. We are very happy with this purchase experience!

I feel very happy to write this review as I can recall all good memories that I have with Ethan while buying and selling this house. I knew him for about 7-8 years. He is the best house agent I have even seen and I feel very thankful for all he did for me and my family. Because of his on-time and professional advice, I bought this house successfully in 2018 when I landed in NZ and I knew from him that I was still eligible to buy a house as an overseas buyer. We feel so lucky to live in our own house and spent an unforgettable and wonderful time in this house. While buying and selling this house, Ethan always stood by my side and showed his perfect negotiation skills. He is smart and knew what we expect and always strive for our benefits. And he did it. What he did for us is exactly what we want and I’m surprised he could knew and understand his customer so well. Last I want to say, thank you, Ethan.

Ethan Wu is very professional at his work. i kindly recommend him to any one hu selling or baying a home.
