Very very good service!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Ethan and Joy as my real estate agents, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their professionalism and dedication throughout the entire sales process. They worked tirelessly to facilitate the deal once potential buyers showed interest, always striving to bring the contract to a successful close. Even during a difficult market, they never pressured me to lower my price, and consistently showed great respect for my decisions as the homeowner. Their integrity, transparency, and strong work ethic truly set them apart. I highly recommend Ethan and Joy to anyone looking for reliable and professional agents who genuinely have their clients’ best interests at heart.

Ethan and Joy were professional and excellent to deal with. They sold our house in 7 days and they made the whole selling process as comfortable as possible for us. If you are looking for lovely and also very professional agents to sell your house, we totally recommend Ethan and Joy

Made the whole process quite effortless

The A team. We are very fortunate and blessed to have Ethan and Joy help sell our family home. We were working with another agent but started getting frustrated as the weeks/months went on, due to the lack of service and results. I met Ethan at an open home and loved the way he worked. He was straight to the point but also caring and authentic. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a salesman, so I asked him for help which he was happy to provide me with. With Ethan and Joys experience and network/connections, we made a few changes to staging our house and within a few weeks our house was sold. They also helped with finding our new home by connecting us with other agents in the area we were looking in. We appreciate and have a lot of love for Ethan and Joy. Once again, thank you to the A team! Best in the business.

Ethan kindly took us under his wing and turned an informal two-year search into a 3 month quick and painless successful forever home story. He was an intuitive, active listener and patiently searched the market for the right property for our unique requirements on a daily basis. Ethan also networked with other agents and agencies to allow us to view properties without all the hassle of signing onto other agents' newsletters and flooding our inboxes. He is a gem and everyone needs an Ethan to help them find their forever home.

Ethan recently helped us with the purchase of a property. He made the entire process easy, guiding us through every step of the journey with clear and prompt communication. Highly recommend Ethan to assist you with your residential property sales and purchasing needs.
