Excellent experience.

It was such a great experience dealing with Ethan getting this property sold. Communication was smooth and all the interactions were professional and efficient. Pricing strategy was set accurately and all the active offers are well managed. Highly recommended to other sellers in the market.

We couldn't be happier with Ethan and the experience he gave us purchasing our new home. He is very honest and open, has good communication skills and is an absolute workaholic! Always willing to accommodate purchases every request no matter the day or hour. Overall very pleased with the experience and expertise Ethan provided.

Ethan is a very caring agent who works hard for his clients. Ethan has excellent contacts with trades people to support his clients should the need arise, which was such a relief while selling our first home with him. Over the years, Ethan has now sold four homes for us.

We used Ethan & Joy to sell our Omana rd property. Their approach was professional and positive. They secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for our home. If you want a agent who is honest and open without any hidden agendas, can successfully negotiate the most fragile of purchases and still get your sale across the line, then Ethan & Joy are the team for you. We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we received when selling our house.

To all Buyers and Sellers we have absolutely no issue in recommending Ethan Wu's as an agent. He made the process stress free in a stressful and trying time (covid lockdown). He went well above and beyond what other agents have done for me in the past so I wouldn't hesitate in working with him again. So if your looking for great agent Ethan is the one for you. Many thanks Ethan.
