Erwan was a real pleasure to deal with, being very relaxed and confident about the sale process . He was very helpful regards preparation of the house , flexible regarding marketing and was highly effective at negotiating a sale in a very short time.He did not over sell himself or the property and made the sale process very simple and uncomplicated . A real genuine people person who is passionate and knowledgeable about property and wine of course . highly recommend
