I would like to award Erum a 12 on the scale of 1-10. The reason for the same is that, Erum has always been full of passion and positive energy in all our interactions with her. She believed in the sale of our property from the very beginning, even after being dissuaded by other agents that we interacted with in the process of the sale of our house. Erum’s communication has always been seamless and never once did we feel that we are not valued as vendors. She was prompt with all her weekly reporting and always brainstorming about various ways to boost our property and was always very approachable, we felt more like she is part of our family rather than a outsider, she took genuine interest even in the wellbeing of my parents during all the adverse weather events that we faced in the past few months. There were moments when we felt lost due to the state of the market, but she was always encouraging and empathetic towards us and was always positive that we would get what we were expecting for our house.
