It's not often you sell a property, and when you do it's key to have someone in your corner who understand the market, listens and advises their clients. He has the most authentic, calm manner. Before settlement day Eric managed niggly communications from me with the vendor re: power supply & small bits of furniture arriving early. Then on settlement day Eric was there in person to show me round the house & make sure the heating/power was working (winter time!). I’m a perfectionist with high expectations & I can’t recommend Eric highly enough - if I’m in the position to buy/sell again he’s the only agent I’ll talk to.
