Emma was incredible realistic around what we could expect to sell our house. Her honestly and professionalism made her a dream to deal with. I honestly believe she got the best price for our house, and she really cares about both the buyer and sellers best interests.
We were very happy Emma's help in selling our mothers house. We live over two hours away, so Emma did all the work really. Even went in and tidied and staged the house for the sale. Highly recommend Emma and her crew.
We were very happy with the way Emma handled our sale. Great communication and service leading to a very satisfactory sale. Would happily use Emma and her company again.
Emma and the whole team display down to earth communication with common sense, while working hard to get the job done. So responsive and easy to work with. I appreciate Emma’s friendly, but no-nonsense, approach. I felt I could completely trust her and the team entirely - which took a huge strain and pressure away from the process for me - but I knew I had autonomy and control. This isn’t the first time Emma has sold a house for me, and I honestly wouldn’t want to do it without her.
Both Renee and Emma had great knowledge of the market, Renee was always on hand for any questions, help and advice, quick response with open homes. Both are great and lovely young ladies, thank you so so much for your support.
Emma Taylor worked swiftly to list our home and use her local knowledge to its maximum advantage to sell our beachside home. Despite a slower market, Emma knew to target out of town prospects for our coveted neighbourhood. In under 6 weeks we achieved the sale price we wanted and passed our family back onto the next lucky owners. Emma was responsive, professional and ensured we were kept up to date throughout the sale process.
Emma, Renee and Helena are awesome to deal with. Super friendly, excellent knowledge of the market and always happy to answer questions. They remain positive through the whole process so you feel confident you’ll get results. Great team, thanks Ladies.
Emma and Renee were both so easy to deal with! They kept us informed with weekly updates on potential buyers, and were always available/quick to get back to us with any querries we had, offering great advice throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and her team!
Emma and her team were reliable, engaging and knowledgeable around all areas of the process. I found them to be very solution orientated and often had the right advise on hand rather then needing to come back to me.
Emma and Renee were a whirlwind of efficiency and expertise. Emma dealt with the short timeframe to get marketing ready, and the inclement weather for photos, calmly and professionally. Regular weekly reports indicated thorough follow-up with all potential buyers. We trusted the advice Emma gave at all points throughout the process and were very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended!
Emma and Renee were great at helping us with buying our first home, fast replies and always tried to answer any questions we had. Super friendly and easy to talk to. They made the process very quick and easy. We’re now in our first home and loving it. Thanks team.
Emma has made our journey of purchasing in a new community a breeze. She has been so welcoming, has amazing local knowledge and has helped us turn our dreams into reality.
