Our property was a unique property being two units within one house, however Emma with her amazing skills, knowledge and experience had our property sold within weeks. The process was so smooth and easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property!
Emma will and has become a lifelong friend. Outstanding professional agent with a good team support. Emma made a stressful situation feel manageable, and achievable. Her unwavering commitment and determination got us over the line. I can’t thank her and the team enough.
Emma was really helpful and kind as I selling it on behalf of my mother, I have never had a house so it was all new to me and my mum had memory issues so it was a tad stressful for me BUT she explained everything to me and made the process really easy and she was very kind. She also got a very good price, more than was expected, so I cannot say enough as to her professionalism and also friendliness, nothing was a problem. She was recommended to me by parents neighbours who had used her 3 times and they had excellent experiences with her so thats 4 out of 4 ppl having a successful time, that is pretty good statistics!! (hence best seller!) So if you want a pain free great result contact Emma. Thank you
We sold and brought through Emma. The whole process was stress free and Emma and Helena were great to deal with.
Who was Emma actually working for “Me or the new Owners” 1. All over me when signing up, she said she would put flyers in letter boxes and help find a house - never heard from her once I signed 2. Over promised under delivered 3. Advertising - I asked for bronze - Emma told me I had to have silver and I got bronze - with no refund 4. Stuffed up time for viewing of house !!!!!! Then had the cheek to walk past me in the salon and said nothing apart from she will ring me that night, which she didn’t but I received a call from lawyers at 8.30am asking if my garage door worked !!!!! And guess who pays another call from lawyer again who is Emma working for - and who paid her
Emma made the selling process so easy and was so quick to reply with any questions asked . Her wealth of knowledge was next level and professional nature welcomed . I would highly recommend Emma if you are looking at selling your home .

Emma made everything as easy as possible for us she followed through everybody who came to the open homes and effected a sale within 6 weeks which in the current market is pretty remarkable. Anybody selling a property should seriously consider Emma as their agent.

Emma was very approachable, engaging, and down to earth. She made us feel supported throughout the entire sale process. Her market knowledge and expertise allowed us to make informed decisions about listing, marketing, negotiations, and the final settlement. We were informed of the weekly progress through the online marketing traffic and open-home activities. They were always willing to pick up the phone and keep us up to date. We would highly recommend Emma and the team from Powers Real Estate.
