Who was Emma actually working for “Me or the new Owners” 1. All over me when signing up, she said she would put flyers in letter boxes and help find a house - never heard from her once I signed 2. Over promised under delivered 3. Advertising - I asked for bronze - Emma told me I had to have silver and I got bronze - with no refund 4. Stuffed up time for viewing of house !!!!!! Then had the cheek to walk past me in the salon and said nothing apart from she will ring me that night, which she didn’t but I received a call from lawyers at 8.30am asking if my garage door worked !!!!! And guess who pays another call from lawyer again who is Emma working for - and who paid her
