Both Emma and Dwayne have excellent communication and a great and efficient team, they went out of their way to get people to know about and through our property and we were very happy with the service and result. We appreciated the WhatsApp chat, it was a great way to keep in touch.
We like the way Emma communicated with us over the house, without pressuring us to buy. We appreciated that she was employed by the vendors but she has been very sensitive to our needs as the buyers of a deceased estate. Whenever we have asked for information about the property, she has immediately got back with the information. She has been utterly professional throughout.
We used BWRM for the photo/video shoot which made the property shine. Deb and Emma worked as close colleagues on the sale of our home. They co-hosted the video tour which was a wonderful personal touch and certainly raised early interest. This clear brought people to open homes and to private viewing of our property. They set up a WhatsApp group and this was a most effective way to keep us aware of interest, responses and ultimately that offers were coming forward. These ladies are stars.

In 2025 we realised that our lovely home in Richmond which we had purchased in 2011, was now too big for us as we reached our 80’s and with our daughter’s help we decided to look at retirement villages ad this kind of life would be good as we were both having health issues.
