I have sold two properties in the last couple of years. For both properties, I used Ella Vink as my agent. I find Ella easy to deal with, an excellent communicator, and a person who follows through on what she promises. For both properties the sell price was at the upper end of Ella's appraised market value, which was excellent and shows that she gives good honest/ realistic advice. I would certainly not use anybody else.

Hi, I had seen the property I have just purchased on trademe, as I live in Auckland I couldn’t get down to the open homes, as I was working on the weekends, I messaged Ella to see if I could get a private viewing on the Monday that I was coming down to CHCH, without hesitation Ella messaged me and arranged a time for that day, we arrived at the property just after Ella. Straight away after meeting her I was totally relaxed and was looking forward to seeing the property.
