Ella was easy to deal with and made the whole process pretty simple. The house needed some work, and she was upfront about that, which we appreciated. We also felt we had a reasonable indication of price before going too far into the process, which is always nice before doing DD. Having the gardens done before move-in was also a nice wee bonus!
