Ella provided an outstanding level of energy, commitment, professionalism and customer service to the marketing of our property. Excellent and responsive communication throughout a very effective four week marketing campaign, that concluded with multiple offers. Sound market knowledge and provided helpful advice on getting the property ready to market. Ella went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend, or to use Ella again in the future.

Unfortunately we didn't sell at the best time which impact our ability to get the price that we wanted but Ella worked very hard and showed a good understanding of the market conditions.

Loved working with Ella. Professional but approachable, so communicative and great to deal with.

During a time of uncertainty and change, Ella remained a constant source of knowledge and understanding. We can’t express enough how appreciative we are of Ella, and the effort she put in at all hours of the day to ensure that our needs were met. Ella consistently went beyond the call of duty and helped to remove any stress from our property search. Thank you!

Thanks to Shane and Ella for their relentless efforts to ensure the property was sold. After a close, but no cigar, auction campaign, Shane and Ella continued to follow every lead and opportunity until they managed to find the right buyer. Highly recommend using Shane and Ella if you are considering a sale.

I would recommend Ella as she was very professional and helpful. She always kept us up todate with what was happening and was a pleasure to deal with.

Ella took the stress out of selling our family home of 15 years. She advised us from the outset as to what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale and what we didn't need to do. Ella is easy to work with and was quick to respond to any queries we had. Working with Ella was a great experience, she made the selling process a breeze and ensured that we got a good price for our home.

We found Ella to be professional, friendly and helpful right from the beginning of the process. As first home buyers, there were so many things we didn’t know about. Ella made us feel comfortable to ask her all sort of questions and she always tried to find the answers for us. We dealt with quite a few agents throughout the journey and we can definitely say Ella was one of the best!

Her communication skills about the whole process were always answered, she had a response straight away to all my many questions, feedback always prompt, excellent negotiation skills, and an all round nice person to work with. I would definitely recommend Ella to anybody who is buying or selling a home. I can’t speak more highly of this agent who is not only highly professional but is somebody that would easily get on with anybody she meets!

Ella marketed and sold our property and achieved an excellent price that we are very happy with. Ella was professional and helpful every step of the way. She anticipated and solved any and all issues the arose, which made the sale stress free. We will use Ella's services again without hesitation.
