Listed house and after the first weekend had a few offers which we turned down. Then went into lockdown and thought we were done. Second day into lockdown had a call from Eliana about an offer she had managed to pull together in lockdown that was far superior to the 2 we previously had. Great communication all the way through and even went above and beyond helped us sell our furniture as we are relocating out of the area.
