Had a good discussion at the start with Eliana on my preferences and roughly what I was after, after that she recommended a few places that fit the bill. It didn't take long to find the one and from there she helped run me though the process explaining the steps simply and making sure the deal went through. She was very supportive and knowledgeable and made the process super easy.
