Elena is such a great agent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest right from the start. She's realistic about what is achievable in the current market and wont over-appraise a property simply to get the listing. Communication was great, she always responded quickly and kept us informed at every stage of the process. At the beginning we were hesitant to use Arizto over a traditional agency, but it was a great job all round and I would absolutely recommend Elena and the team in future.

Had it not been for Elena's persistence and energy and negotiation skills, the outcome would not have been so good for both parties, and would have dragged on the sale for much longer, costing the vendor thousands more.
