Elena is such a great agent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest right from the start. She's realistic about what is achievable in the current market and wont over-appraise a property simply to get the listing. Communication was great, she always responded quickly and kept us informed at every stage of the process. At the beginning we were hesitant to use Arizto over a traditional agency, but it was a great job all round and I would absolutely recommend Elena and the team in future.

If I had the option of choosing 6 stars out of 5, Elena would have got it. From the beginning of our engagement, Elena has been very knowledgeable, and responds very quickly - even 11pm at night. She goes out of her way to answer any queries and is engaged in the best interests of the vendor & buyer 100%. Had it not been for Elena's persistence and energy and negotiation skills, the outcome would not have been so good for both parties, and would have dragged on the sale for much longer, costing the vendor thousands more.
