I interviewed several prospective agents from different agencies to sell my Milford home. I was aware of Arizto but had not personally used them before. I was unsure if the services provided would be up to the standard of the larger well known agencies. I am thrilled to say that from beginning to end the process was excellent. Elena was delightful to deal with, always answered her phone (many agents don't), she always responded to any queries from me immediately. Elena undertook thorough research and provided up to date statistics and a very precise property appraisal. Elena displayed professionalism, offered sound advice to me as the vendor and built excellent rapport with the subsequent buyer. The photography included stills, drone shots, a floor plan and an excellent video. The copy was well written and I was thrilled with the final outcome of the advertising. Overall a very positive experience.

We were initially sceptical with Arizto advertising flat fee commission - did low fee mean low effort? Nope!! Elena worked harder than any agent I have used before. She was 100% committed, and very flexible with regards to open home times and viewings. She also has the patience of a saint; I was a very nervous seller with a million questions but she answered every single one of them with speed and confidence. And best of all she sold our house within a very tight timeframe as we had already purchased elsewhere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elena to anyone thinking of selling.

It was a great opportunity for us to meet Elena and work on the property sale together. We're used to plenty of fluffy nonsense when dealing with agents (and boy do you pay for that nonsense) but Elena's approach is different. She's clear, concise and bulls**t free. "I'm not here to be your friend; I'm here to sell your house" And that's exactly what she did. Don't get me wrong - Elena is warm, empathetic and friendly. But she has a job to do. And once we got the hang of using the dashboard we soon got over that most of the communication during the Open Home period was by text and we just relaxed and trusted to the process. Elena did a fantastic job, with maximum efficiency, which takes so much stress out of the process - I'd have no hesitation at all in asking her to sell my house next time
