Big thank you to Edward and Robert for all their hard work. They are very professional, and were always making sure we weren't stressing about anything. They took great care of us and treated us like family, very transparent!!! We would highly recommend Team Edward Ching for people who are looking for a stress free sell/buy. Blessings :)
Edward was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, friendly and helpful and a real gentleman. He made our house sale easy and fuss free and went above and beyond to help us in offering information and advice on purchasing our next home and was always available to talk to about any questions or concerns we had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family. He was a breath of fresh air and the nicest agent we have dealt with thus far. 5 stars for you Edward! Thank-you! ***** :) XX
Edward is a busy man but he explain things well and make our life easy. Despite some hiccups in communications and some what may seem not-so-reasonable requests from us, his team followed through and delivered.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Edward. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and detailed. Buying a house is very stressful and we felt that Edward took care of us at each stage of the journey. Most of all I appreciated that Edward was down to earth, gave us plenty of information plus his professional thoughts, and most importantly he was patient with us as we made our decision.
We bought 2 of our house with Edward helps with our budget range. Excellent service. Really fast response. Good to deal with. Highly recommend if you want to sell or buy your house!
Edward is very professional. He's been very helpful assisting on purchasing 42 Oreil Ave, West Harbour. I am super happy about the purchase. Thanks.
Edward is the best! From our perspective, he was the perfect realtor to use in a tough market. He was so professional, organized, and he helped us work through all the details to sell our home smoothly. His marketing strategies and network connections were fantastic! He is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the property markets. Edward is an outstanding agent to work with and I would highly recommend him! We will contract with Edward again and again.
Edward has a great knowledge of the market in my area and his initial appraisal was very accurate. He is very easy to work with, personable and communicated well in a timely fashion. Edward listened to my requirements and delivered on these. He was very respectful, always giving me adequate notice of people wanting to come through the house especially during the Covid lockdown period. Of great importance to me was Edward’s integrity. I always knew he was giving me honest feedback and an accurate account of how things were proceeding. 17 days from listing to sale was an amazing result and very much due to Edward’s hard work on my behalf.
Edward Ching is one of the hardest working agents I have had the pleasure to work with. He is also very informative and knowledgeable in the property market. He works with honesty and integrate. I would highly recommend Edward.
Great working with Edward. Selling my property through lockdown was no easy task and Edward managed to get me the value I wanted and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks again.
Edward helped make the quiet scary prospect of the 1st time selling a home and buying another as painless as possible. I think we may have thrown him a few curve balls but he solved anything that came his way quickly and calmly, would highly recommend.
