I have to say it is a special journey this time when I sold my property this time. I requested Edward to co list my property when my property was in the market for first few weeks without any positive feedback, Edward helped me to re-market the property with different channels and professional video be added, arranged two popular open home time slots each week plus the private views which suits potential buyers well. Edward found the right price range buyer and closed the deal in third week since he joined the sales activity in a soft market, which is highly appreciated as the house owner.

Edward was the team leader of the real estate agent I was dealing with, so he wasn't present at all interactions but was for the significant ones ie first open home, contract signing, negotiations. He is very experienced and knowledgable and calm in stressful situations (for the purchaser anyway!) such as negotiating. I really appeciated Edward stepping in as appropriately as he did in his role as team leader.
