For example, he found us a good builder (in a time of significant labour and materials shortage) who could do a job for us within the month prior to putting the house on the market. He gave me a list of things to do to improve house presentataion for sales and helped tick them off with us. He was professional in his communications, kept us well informed throughout the process and always acts ethically. Concurrently, he also helped me purchase my new home.
