When it came time to sell out rental home in Christchurch, we approached Duncan. From the very beginning he made the process so incredibly easy. Duncan will do far more to assist you than a regular real estate agent will. For example, he found us a good builder (in a time of significant labour and materials shortage) who could do a job for us within the month prior to putting the house on the market. He gave me a list of things to do to improve house presentataion for sales and helped tick them off with us. He was professional in his communications, kept us well informed throughout the process and always acts ethically. Concurrently, he also helped me purchase my new home. He checked and followed up on details around the house that I didn't even realise I needed to check, to ensure there were no hidden issues with the purchase. Thank you Duncan, you are appreciated.
