I found him to be honest and upfront about the market, he gave me a realistic idea of the current market and what to expect going forward. He ran a great campaign and kept me updated every step of the way letting me know how open homes went and the feedback from people that attended them. On the day of the auction Duncan was hard at it working the room and once aging letting me know how things were looking. He did well to help keep me calm on what for me was a very exciting but stressful day. In the end the house achieved a great price at auction and I was extremely happy with the overall result.
