Our experience on Fairfield was a whirlwind and thanks to Dulcie we got our dream property. She was great to work with: friendly, positive and helpful. Her expertise and support made all the difference. She went above & beyond for us and we can’t thank her enough. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to sell or buy your next home.

We couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us purchase our new home. Dulcie is extremely professional, personable and went above and beyond to make the whole process a great experience. She comes with our highest recommendation.

We are very pleased with the buying process with Dulcie. She is very professional and have all the necessary contacts to finalize the buying process asap. She always answers questions, even on the weekends and communicate on a level that anyone can understand. We can highly recommend Dulcie if you want to buy property.

Dulcie sold my elderly mother's home after she had to move into a retirement village as a result of breaking her hip. Due to what was a forced sale, Dulcie was super compassionate about the situation and made a great effort to ensure mum was comfortable with the process and didn't feel forced from her home. Dulcie communicated extremely well through the sale process and the ultimate outcome was 2 happy families. Ours and the purchasers. I would highly recommend Dulcie to anyone considering selling in the Ashburton area.

Knows the market, communicates well and always enthusiastic

I found Dulcie was easy to deal with and sorted out any queries or issues I had with no fuss.

Dulcie was very helpful as the Real Estate for my house purchase. She kept me up to date on everything and acted very professionally between myself and the vendor. Very happy with my experience.

Enthusiastic and professional. Dulcie worked hard to find a buyer for my property

Based on our agent experiences buying and selling 23 years ago, a recent sale in Christchurch, a recent house hunting, Dulcie makes those agents look deciding average. First class service, communication, and knowledge. Not sure if you could ask for more. We would have no issues buying through Dulcie again and in selling should the need arise. Thoroughly recommended.

We brought and sold through Dulcie Ellis.Through out both buying and selling Dulcie was very hard working, great to work with and very professional, keeping us informed all the way with numerous visits, talked about the market, what was happening, open homes and general chat about a lot of things,.We can recommend Dulcie and the McLeod Real Estate team to anyone wishing to buy or sell.
