Would highly recommend Dulcie as an estate agent, motivated to get the job done and very helpful to both parties. From the start she was very supportive and went out of her way to make sure the transaction went smoothly. She answered all our questions, whenever there was any uncertainties, she tried to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Dulcie has a clear passion for what she does. She said to me "there is a buyer out there for every home" and she meant it. She is dedicated to bringing the best results by working hard, showing compassion and making the selling process as easy as possible. Thank you Dulcie!
Bought a house that Dulcie was advertising. She is the only real estate agent that actually recommended a property that met all our needs. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and has excellent communication. We hope to work with Dulcie again in the future!
It was a pleasure to work with Dulcie from start to finish. Her understanding and knowledge of the industry, great communication and professionalism made it a hassle free, smooth process. We really enjoyed working with Dulcie, she was very professional, had great communication and always had a positive attitude - nothing was ever a problem (or if it was she could fix it). She also provided us with beautiful staging props where we needed them which was a huge help! We would highly recommend Dulcie to anyone selling!
