We had to sell and our agent Doug was really professional, put in loads of hard work with multiple open homes during the week as well leading up to auction. The main thing with Doug is you can trust him with your house because he genuinely has intent to help you with whatever situation you find yourself in. We had a galvanised steel framed plaster house. We needed to sell in a difficult market and he helped us sell it when buyers had at least 10 to 15 other properties that were same spec and not plaster.
