We can not fault the professionalism and service we received from Doug. He kept us well informed and rang regularly with updates. We don’t recall ever having to wonder about any of the process because Doug made sure we knew everything that was happening from start to finish. He was friendly and knowledgeable at all times. The entire process was very easy for us and completely without stress .
