I have used Don as a sellers agent twice in the last 4 years. He is an excellent agent who keeps you well informed and gives honest feedback on interest and feedback from viewers. He was also very good at advising on prospective selling prices in this changing market. Don managed to make a very difficult and trying time incredibly easy for me. Our house sold due to a marriage separation and I was required to move out while it was for sale. Even though I was no longer living there, Don communicated with us both on every detail of visits for open homes or viewings. Even though he made sure he communicated every detail to both of us he also was happy to give individual guidance and helped me to collate information to be able to finally convince my ex, who was still living in the house, to sell. This enabled me get my capital out of the property and take the next steps for my new life. When it came to meetings we both attended he navigated the negative comments between us very well and kept the meetings to the point. As soon as I walked into the open home I knew I was dealing with someone who was straight up with a great sense of humour. This was a nice change from the usual salesman type that weren't interested in any concerns we had and only wanted the sale. He listened to our concerns and gave us all the tools we needed to remedy them. We now have a nice home with only a few repairs required and the tradesman that Don recommend have been fantastic.
