Dirk was very easy to contact and work with and he and his staff showed a high level of enthusiasm to get the property sold. The property was marketed through all the normal channels along with open homes and private visits. Visit reports were received each week and Dirk made a number of good suggestions to help tidy the place ready for sale. Even though Auckland & the Waikato were in level 3 lock down, the auction was successful and achieved the expected valuation range (at the lower end). The auction finished below reserve, but Dirk & Trevor managed to negotiate another 25K from the purchaser. Overall, a good outcome. Dirk and his team made the whole process very easy, and I'd be happy to employ them again.
