Very good, Dirk explained quickly the property showing me its best features, he then gave ideas about how I could add a bathroom to the upstairs main bedroom. He was helpful in explaining the probate issues so that I could coordinate with my lawyer to make it work, not straight forward in the current Covid climate.

Dirk Merwe and Eves real estate were recommended to me by our lawyer in Mt. Maunganui who has a high level of trust and experience in the Mount and knows the area well. The property was marketed through all the normal channels along with open homes and private visits.
