Very good, Dirk explained quickly the property showing me its best features, he then gave ideas about how I could add a bathroom to the upstairs main bedroom. He was helpful in explaining the probate issues so that I could coordinate with my lawyer to make it work, not straight forward in the current Covid climate.

Dirk Merwe and Eves real estate were recommended to me by our lawyer in Mt. Maunganui who has a high level of trust and experience in the Mount and knows the area well. Dirk was very easy to contact and work with and he and his staff showed a high level of enthusiasm to get the property sold. The property was marketed through all the normal channels along with open homes and private visits. Dirk did everything I could have hoped for in the sale of my home. I loved that house very much so it was emotional to let go of. Throughout the whole process he never once tried to sway me in the wrong direction and always took care as if it were his own home to sell.
