We just want to say thank you to Diego. It's been great working with Diego, we just enjoyed the enthusiasm, the energy and having good straight talks as well. He's worked hard and has got us a sale quickly and we are very appreciative of that... Thank You!

Diego and Winnie have always been super accessible to work with. They’ve always tried their best to help us and provide us with as much information as possible. They’ve made the experience of selling and buying an enjoyable one for us. We will be sure to recommend them to our friends and family.

Hi our names are Steve and Belinda Caulfield and Diego has just sold our house, in 5 days and under Level 3 of the pandemic. We choose Diego as our agent cause he really understood the uniqueness of our property. Diego was very proactive throughout the whole process and very soon after level 3 kicked in we were on the market. We highly recommend Diego to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thank you Diego!

We put our house in the market just prior to the start of Covid19 lockdown (level4). Hence we only had one week of proper open home unfortunately. Despite the current uncertain and restricted situation due to COVID19, Diego has worked his best to promote our house in the market. We really appreciate what he did for us and what he delivered to us. :)

Diego is very helpful for us, he always keep on eyes on our demand and did all his effort to meet. Well, if I have to sell my house next time, I will definitely with him again. Thank you Diego!

Diego was very professional in his approach, his communication was swift and very clear. I felt that my time was valued and none of it was wasted. Thanks for your help.

Our house initially on the market was listed by Barfoot & Thompson, long story short house is still ours after 5-month marathon. We actively approached Diego because his marketing is very eye-catching among the others, most importantly he is very positive with the attitude and energy to do whatever it takes to get your property sold. After taking us on board he guide us on each stage step by step, from staging to unique video marketing campaign are all done perfectly. It is hard to selling a house especially has been on the market for 5 month, but Diego did it and got our house SOLD in a short period of time. Selling your house can be frustrated but not if you have the right agent who knows what he is doing. We are 10000% (100 is not enough) to recommend Diego to be your real estate agent. If you consider of selling, give him a call and have a face chat to find out why he is dam* good. PS: thanks for looking after Farfar (our dog) during open home!

Very easy to communicate with and always available. Was always open to my opinions and last minute random questions (I had a few being a first home seller). Could have explained process a bit better being a first home seller, but when approached, more than happy to clarify.

We really enjoyed our experience with Diego. He was extremely efficient and professional and always gave us sound advice. We would definitely recommend him if you are selling your home. Thanks D!

I have no hesitation in recommending Harcourts Real Estate Sales Consultant, Diego Traglia. I found Diego to be a confident cold caller. He provided us with the relevant information as per his client, the buyer’s, brief. He gave us time to deliberate with no added pressure. Diego outlined the relevant processes and time frames. Once we contracted him to act on our behalf to sell our home. He interfaced promptly, representing our needs in a straightforward manner. Diego kept us informed by text and phone. His advice was impartial but relevant to our best interests. After the sale went unconditional, he surprised us with a Congratulations Gift Basket, which was very well-received and much appreciated by us.

Diego made this whole process start to finish very quick and easy. He was always professional, efficient and incredibly fast at presenting all the relevant facts. He is really personable and good at putting our mind at ease. We left everything in his capable hands and he did a brilliant job providing the results we were after, couldn’t have asked for better.

Diego guided us through every step of the process of selling our house. He was available for us to call or text whenever we had a question and his experience in the real estate industry is evident in the way he deals with clients. He was very professional and genuinely friendly and helpful.
