When we met Diego, we knew he would be the best person to sell our home and he definitely lived up to his reputation! We loved working with Diego. He is efficient, professional and such a pleasure to work with. He made the process so effortless, and took any stress or worries away! Thank you so much to you and your incredible team :)
We have just purchased our first home with Diego helping us every step of the way. He was extremely thorough and professional at all times, assisting with viewings, negotiation and the sales process from start to finish. Highly recommended and will definitely be using him again in the future!
Diego assisted us from the outset in finding the perfect home for our family. He took the time to listen to our requests and research the best properties within our budget. Diego contantly went over and above to ensure we had viewing times which suited us, the vendors and other agents. Through the buying process Diego worked tirelessly to ensure we were well looked after, he kept the communication and process simple which gave us huge confidence in buying. We would highly recommend Diego to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Diego was excellent to deal with. He went above and beyond to keep us updated throughout each step of the process and was driven to get the results we wanted. If you're looking for a fast and fair outcome, Diego's the person for the job.
Where do I begin? Diego is a professional, caring and committed real estate agent that has been such a pleasure to work with. Nothing is ever an issue and he will go beyond the call of duty to provide top service and outcomes! Diego was able to get the price we wanted for our house and without any sense of concern or stress. Thanks Diego! We will be working with you again in the future!
Diego was awesome to deal with, he helped us through the process and got us the property we spent so long looking for. He is onto it, super reliable and has a real passion for Real Estate. I would have no hesitation working with him again and would highly recommend to other people out there looking to buy or sell.
I'm really impressed with Diego's work ethic, from day one of working with him he has been honest, respectful and driven. Diego is all about delivering the best experience and he did just that as our home was sold at auction yesterday!
we found Diego when he dropped off a leaflet in our letterbox offering for a free home appraisal. We got him around, he gave us an appraisal, we weren't quite ready to sell. However a couple months down the track we were, we listed and we sold within 24 hours. Very quick, well done, we are very pleased. Good communication throughout the whole process and very happy with Diegos service and totally recommend him!
We had a very specific need for buying our new home and it had to be timed with the sale of our old home. Harcourts did a good job in findin our home which we love and getting the everything in place. Our situation was complicated by the lockdown but the agents did their best to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.
Diego is very professional and has friendly personality. He made sure we have very smooth property buying experience throughout the process. He was always available to assist with queries and he managed communication between us and the vendor very well. Especially he handled the negotiation phase really well and we felt that he honestly want to help both the vendor and us to achieve the best possible outcome. We have worked with many real estate agents in Auckland and Diego is probably the best agent among them. We won't hesitate to work with Diego again to sell or buy properties.
I would recommend Diego without hesitation to anyone wanting to sell their house. It's been great working with Diego. We enjoyed his enthusiasm, energy and having good straight talks as well. He's worked hard and efficiently and has got us a sale quickly and we are very appreciative of that... Thank You!
