Very good communication and professional.

This is the second property we have sold using Team Diego from Harcourts. Diego and the team are on to it from the minute you first call. Communication was excellent, advertising and photos were great, as was the home staging (as recommended by Diego).

Diego is trustworthy, dedicated and one of the best Real Estate Agent. You can rely and depend on him that he will do his best to get the result you have wanted based on the current outlook in the market. Highly recommended!

Diego and his team were incredible to work with. From start to finish he provided excellent service and communication throughout the sale process. This is our second property we have now sold with Diego and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Diego if you were wanting to sell your property with an agent you can trust.

I had an amazing experience with Diego! His work ethic was truly admirable and would always keep me updated. I sold both of my houses with Diego and for both of my houses, he was able to sell them at market price and within 10 days!

Working with Diego was a positive experience overall. They were knowledgeable about the market trends and provided valuable insights throughout the buying process. Their professionalism and responsiveness were commendable, making the transaction smooth and efficient. While the selling process was not 100% smooth Diego and team didn’t falter and got us across the line in the end.

Diego is honestly the nicest and best agent I have dealt with. He’s punctual, informative and keeps you updated with the property market whether it’s good or bad. His marketing strategies definitely helped in a tough market. He’s hardworking and always tries to get the best price possible. With a great support team around him there is always communication and always so easy to get hold of. My advice to others thinking of buying or selling is just go straight to the best team and they will make it happen. Definitely would highly recommend Team Diego to anyone as my first and only choice.

Diego and his team made selling our house a breeze. From start to finish, it was a seamless experience!

Diego was an excellent agent, we were operating in different time zones, and despite the late hours Diego still ensured he responded to me, even though it was much later for him. I found Diego incredibly prompt in his responses to me, he would reply almost instantaneously on what’s ap, or that day on email. If I had a question or wanted sales data he provided it that day, and within minutes sometimes, I have never had an agent who responded so quickly or after hours as Diego did. He was also very knowledgeable of the market and had connections if things needed doing such as garden work, rubbish runs, and locksmith issues. As occoured with me, the property had a lock which became broken and Diego immediately sorted the issue, which was invaluable as I was not in Auckland to organise this myself. Like wise with rubbish removal that needed to be sorted, Diego arranged all this. I would absolutely sell with Diego again, and if you are looking for an agent who is personable, intelligent, quick to respond, has initiative with problem solving on the go and want your property sold, I highly recommend Diego.

Diego and his team are great at what they do! The process was clear, easy and great communication throughout. Thanks again guys, would recommend you to anyone selling!

Team Diego said they would get us sold on a difficult market and they were true to their word. They were great to work with - excellent communication, made the sale relatively stress free and were positive throughout the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone selling their home!! Thankyou Team Diego 😊

Diego definitely has the local knowledge of the area. He was able to give us a very fair appraisal which was backed up with recent sales. He was extremely patient with us all. He has a very good team of people who were part of the whole process. Communication was amazing we were reminded of zoom meetings as well as open home times etc. Highly Recommend Team Diego. Thank you
