Diego was an excellent agent, we were operating in different time zones, and despite the late hours Diego still ensured he responded to me, even though it was much later for him. I found Diego incredibly prompt in his responses to me, he would reply almost instantaneously on what’s ap, or that day on email. If I had a question or wanted sales data he provided it that day, and within minutes sometimes, I have never had an agent who responded so quickly or after hours as Diego did. He was also very knowledgeable of the market and had connections if things needed doing such as garden work, rubbish runs, and locksmith issues. As occoured with me, the property had a lock which became broken and Diego immediately sorted the issue, which was invaluable as I was not in Auckland to organise this myself. Like wise with rubbish removal that needed to be sorted, Diego arranged all this. I would absolutely sell with Diego again, and if you are looking for an agent who is personable, intelligent, quick to respond, has initiative with problem solving on the go and want your property sold, I highly recommend Diego.
