Dianne (and her colleague Bella Joseph) kept up a high standard of communication throughout the ten months we had our late mother's unit on the market. From the outset, Dianne made helpful suggestions on how we should present, market and price the unit including organising staging. As the months rolled on, Dianne reassured us about how the state of the market and the specific restrictions of the village (unit could only be sold to someone over 65 years old with no dogs) would mean that it could take time to sell.
