Seamless, Empathetic Service from Start to Finish
We noticed Diana Cussen’s name on a sign in the village where our late mother lived. After Mum’s funeral, I called Diana for advice on selling her unit, particularly as I am based in Melbourne and my sister in Christchurch. Diana was friendly, cheerful, and empathetic throughout. She followed up thoughtfully, advised us to proceed sooner rather than wait, and made the process seamless. Her team arranged the home’s dressing and managed every detail with care, removing much of the stress during a difficult time.
