I really appreciated Diana and her team in the way they all helped my daughter’s house to sell as well as mine, at the same time! It was easy to communicate with the team and we always received a quick reply to any queries we might have had. The weekly vendor’s report was well done and very interesting. Everything went well according to the plans set out for selling our property
Questions we had were able to be answered although sometimes not with great confidence. The agent we worked with was willing to meet at the house last minute on multiple occasions which we really valued and appreciated and there was never a rush to get in and out. Sometimes felt that there lacked some transparency particularly through the purchasing/negotiating phase which is somewhat understandable but other than that all good really.
Diana and her team made me feel that my property was the most important property they were selling. They were also always happy and caring. Diana has always gone above and beyond and she has always done any suggestions I have asked her. She is the most loving and caring person I have ever dealt with.
