Dermot helped the reviewer sell this property

The right Man for the Job!!

Dermot's vast experience led to an outstanding outcome! Being a Home and Income property I had options to subdivide, do up or sell as is. Dermot's advice was spot on and within 10 days I had a multi offer and 4 offers to choose from at the top end of his price guide. I couldn't be more grateful.
