Great to work with and exceeds expectations

Dene has sold a number of houses for me and is my "go to" agent in Southland. Many of the situations I deal with are difficult, and Dene shows great diplomacy and skill in dealing with difficult people. He is great at finding bidders for even the most difficult of properties, and regularly exceeds my expectations in obtaining an excellent price.
