From the very beginning, she's been at our side every step of the way with honest and friendly advice. We were always able to text her or ring her if we had any questions and concerns. She even got back to us despite it being a public holiday. She gave us very good options but also supported us when we picked a different one out. She is lovely and kind and always ready to help and is definitely our first call if ever we were in the market again.
