From the very start of the process Della had made it very easy for us to understand what we needed to do. She help us to work out what work we needed to do to the house to get the best bang for our buck with out having to over do it. She explained to us on how to set our house up to make the place look the best it could be for potential buys to come see the beauty of the house. From the day we decided we were ready to put the house onto the market Della was extremely quick to get everything sorted so the house could be listed as soon as possible. It didn't take Della very long at all to hunt down a buyer for our house. It was a pleasure working with Della and could have not asked for a better outcome for the first time selling a house.
