We were down from the North Island for a day trip looking for properties, as we were relocating to Ashburton. Having known Della for a number of years, we thought there would be no one else we would call after deciding to sell our beloved family home of 18 years. From the very start of the process Della had made it very easy for us to understand what we needed to do. She help us to work out what work we needed to do to the house to get the best bang for our buck with out having to over do it. She explained to us on how to set our house up to make the place look the best it could be for potential buys to come see the beauty of the house. After a sumwhat rocky start to the selling process(thought I could manage it myself...pppfffttt)...Della stepped up and smashed it....minimal phone calls or meetings..and...got a considerably higher than asking price(always a good thing)she just handled it superbly...all through what could only be decribed as the toughest time in mine or my families life...
